Description of realisation:
The object assures the stability of construction pit slopes at the western portal of the tunnel Považský Chlmec. Except from excavating the construction pit the work includes building “turtles” enabling reduction of groundwork volume and tunnelling work under the protection of reinforced concrete dome and large diameter pillars.
TUBAU Company realised reinforced concrete structures and related constructions such as concrete foundations and separating layers. The structure of “turtle” and pillar wall were firmly joined together to prevent a collapse of the whole construction into the excavated hole.
